Women in Art (WinArt) is a Non-Profit Civil Enterprise dedicated to promoting gender equality, equal treatment, and the protection of women’s rights in the fields of art and culture. Through a variety of initiatives and events, WinArt fosters acceptance of cultural diversity, including minority groups and the LGBTQ+ community.

Evgenia Kasparidou is a multidisciplinary creative professional, based in Chania, with a background in graphic design, UI/UX design, and photography, driven by a passion for imagination, storytelling, and exploring the intersection of art and human experience.

Panagiota Samioti is a faculty member (EDIP) at the School of Philosophy at the University of Crete, integrating photography as a vital form of artistic expression influenced by her studies in social sciences and her education at DIEK Chania.

Kleoniki Drougka
Film Program Artistic Consultant
Is a graduate of the School of Philosophy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where she also completed her master’s and PhD degrees. Her academic and creative work centers on writing and the script, encompassing literature, poetry, and film. She has published extensively in Greek and international academic journals, and her creative output includes poetry collections, screenplays,
and documentary films. She is a member of the Special Educational Staff (EEP) at the School of Film, AUTH, where she teaches scriptwriting at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to her academic career, she is an accomplished writer and poet.

Marina Kritikou
Counseling Psychologist
Ιs a PhD candidate in Counseling Psychology, a graduate of the MSc in Health Psychology, and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Crete. She is trained in Family-Systemic Counseling (Laboratory for the Exploration of Human Relations) and has completed further training in Systemic-Family Therapy at the Center for Systemic Study and Therapy (CeSMeTh) in Athens. Since 2013, she has worked privately as a psychologist, offering individual sessions, psychoeducational groups, and empowerment programs for people with chronic conditions. In 2015, she was certified by Attachment Parenting Hellas as an “Attached at the Heart Parent Educator” and has since implemented parenting programs. From 2018 to 2024, she worked at the Student Counseling Center of the University of Crete in Rethymno. Her interests focus on developing programs for vulnerable populations, aiming to enhance their empowerment, motivation, and quality of life.
